• 1+ year of proven experience in e-commerce operations, with hands-on experience on Amazon or Shopify preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics).
• Familiar with e-commerce SEO, listing optimization, and digital marketing basics.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Provide on-site installation, assembly, and debugging services for fences according to customer requirements and installation standards.
• Inspect products before installation to ensure they are intact and free of defects; report any quality issues to the relevant department in a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers politely to confirm installation needs, explain installation processes, and address any questions or concerns during the service.
• Maintain and manage installation tools and equipment properly; ensure tools are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
• Complete installation records accurately and submit them to the team leader on time; collect customer feedback and report it promptly.

• 1+ year of experience in product installation, especially in furniture, home appliances, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in using common installation tools; strong hands-on ability and ability to solve on-site problems independently.
• Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle (required for on-site service).
• Friendly and patient with good customer service awareness; able to communicate effectively with customers.
• Strictly abide by safety operation procedures; have a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
