These Terms and Conditions apply to our fence sales (standard & custom fences) and related services. By purchasing our fences, you agree to these rules:
Withdraw/cancel orders: Standard fences can be canceled within 24 hours of placing; custom fences (tailored size/material/style) cannot be canceled once material preparation starts. Payment adjustments follow order status.
Liability clarification: We’re not responsible for damage from improper installation, or normal wear (e.g., coating peeling, minor rust from long-term outdoor use) beyond product warranty. We are not liable for damage caused by external force impact (e.g., vehicle collision) or natural disasters.
Design rights: Our fence designs are for your personal or property use only—no commercial reproduction/copying without permission.
User behavior rules: Avoid unlawful/offensive content when consulting custom fence details; no spam toward our service team. Ensure the fence installation complies with local property management regulations.
Account management: Customer accounts (if applicable) will be disabled for fraudulent orders or repeated rule violations.
Additional terms: Standard fences include a 2-year frame warranty and 1-year coating warranty. Outdoor use requires regular maintenance as per our guidelines to extend service life.
This policy covers our standard & custom fences:
Terms of returnStandard fences: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (uninstalled). Custom fences: Only returnable if there’s factory quality defects (no non-reason returns, as they’re tailored to your property size and style).
State of returnFences must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging; accessories (e.g., screws, connectors) must be complete. Installed fences are not eligible for return unless confirmed as factory defects causing safety issues.
Reason for returnApproved: Wrong fence delivered, factory defects (e.g., frame deformation, welding crack, coating peeling on arrival). Unapproved: Incorrect size/style chosen by you, damage from improper installation, outdoor use wear, or missing accessories.
Process for return1. Contact our support team (provide order number + photos/videos of the issue, including the whole fence and defective parts). 2. Wait for 48-hour review approval (extended due to fence assembly inspection). 3. We’ll guide return via designated logistics for standard fences; for large-scale custom fences with quality defects, we’ll arrange door-to-door pickup.
Process of refundAfter verifying the returned fence meets requirements, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Quality-defect returns get full refunds; standard fence returns (non-defect) deduct return shipping fees (large fences may have higher shipping fees).
